ITCC ( Irish Touring Car Championship ) is a saloon car racing series, taking place mostly at Mondello Park, with a wide variety of cars taking part.
For 2011, ITCC is split into Super Touring and Touring classes, the Super Touring class intended for faster cars and more experience drivers, Touring class intended for rookie drivers and/or lower budgets.
Although I did not have a large budget, I wanted to compete against the best cars and drivers in the country so I chose the Super Touring class.

2010 Achievements:
2010 was my first year of racing, and with an even lower budget.
ITCC in 2010 ran on a single grid, with a rookie class also awarding 1st, 2nd and 3rd for drivers in their first year of racing.
I did not have good luck with reliability, but considering I was driving the lowest powered car in the field, I competed well with many faster cars, achieving 5th overall in non championship race, and 3rd in Rookie class at round 8.
